Role Purpose
Drive offline steel sales (TMT bars, binding wire, plates, angles, specialty steels) for a confidential, market-leading e-commerce platform by owning dealer/contractor relationships and meeting aggressive tonnage & revenue targets across the assigned district.
Key Responsibilities
Build, onboard, and grow dealer/distributor network.
Acquire and retain builders, contractors, project managers, and fabricators.
Conduct daily field visits; deliver product, pricing, and delivery consultations in the local language (Telugu or Kannada).
Achieve monthly volume, revenue, and collection targets; log activity in CRM.
Track competitor pricing and share actionable market insight.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and central supply teams for seamless fulfillment.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of field or B2B sales in steel, cement, roofing sheets, pipes, or allied building materials.
Proven dealer/distributor management and target-based selling.
Language: Fluent Telugu for AP/Telangana roles; fluent Kannada for Karnataka roles.
Valid driver’s licence; readiness for extensive intra-district travel.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills; basic English for internal reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed CTC: up to ₹8 lakh per annum.
