Job Description:
We are looking for a Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
Maintain a positive, helpful, and polite tone during calls
Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
Update customer information in the system
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in English
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team
Patience and customer-focused attitude
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Experience in voice process or customer service is a plus
Soft skills:
Communication, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Leadership.
