Job Title: International Customer Service Associate (Hamleys UK Process)
Job Description:
We are hiring customer-oriented and proactive individuals for the International E-commerce Customer Service team for Hamleys UK. The role involves handling customer queries through email and calls, ensuring timely resolution, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer queries via email and call
- Assist customers with:
- Shipment tracking
- Returns & refunds
- Product availability checks
- Gift card assistance
- Other order-related queries
- Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments and follow
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Qualification & Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
6 months – 1 year of international customer service experience
Versant Level 6 is mandatory
Salary:
Up to ₹32,000 CTC
₹27,000 in-hand
Shift Timing:
12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST (till Oct 2025)
1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (during UK Daylight Saving)
Other Details:
Week off: Rotational (1 day/week)
