Job Description -
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop computers, printers, and hardware. Daily tasks include providing technical support, maintaining computer hardware, and ensuring seamless operations for end-users by addressing IT-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with desktop computers and computer hardware
- Proficient in providing technical support and printer support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware and device-related issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver efficient on-site solutions under deadlines
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in a similar desktop support or IT role is a plus.
