Associate- Backend Operations:
• Manage backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations.
• Prepare SOD & EOD reports and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurers on OPD claims and inclusions/exclusions.
• Communicate effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
Eligibility:
• Any graduate (2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-out)
• Minimum of 60% aggregate marks
• Joining: Immediate or within 1 week
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Excel and strong problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership
Who Can Apply:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support roles
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with the willingness to take on responsibilities independently
