Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization:

  Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows.

• Workflow Design:

  Design and implement new or improved production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Problem Solving:

  Conduct root cause analysis for production-related issues and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence.

• Quality Control:

  Manage and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and manage the supply chain.

• Documentation:

  Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in production engineering to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Project Management:

  May lead or participate in projects related to new product introduction, process improvements, or facility layout.

• Tooling and Fixture Design:

  Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve production efficiency and safety.

• Shop Floor Support:

  Provide technical support to shop floor personnel, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
