Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular sales and follow-up calls with international clients and prospects
Understand client requirements and clearly communicate project scope and expectations
Build trust and rapport through proactive communication and timely updates
Maintain and grow client relationships through effective coordination and support
Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or client communication
Excellent spoken and written English; confident and clear on phone/video calls
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
