We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship will provide exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Help in maintaining and updating HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
