Work Type: Full-time | Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable with field work and possess a two-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new educational institutions and training centers as B2B partners.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territories and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Educate stakeholders about KollegeApply’s offerings and onboard them onto our platform.
- Execute field marketing activities and ensure partner engagement through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly targets on partner acquisition and lead generation.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Recent graduates (any stream) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and own a two-wheeler.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and confident while dealing with people.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
