Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide Floor Support / Remote Assistance and resolve problems to end users
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
- Resolve hardware and software issues ly, including networking and Wi-fi connectivity problems.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software across various office locations.
- Manage IT assets inventory and support IT audits as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.
- Support users remotely and on-site, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
- Document and manage Helpdesk tickets, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and users to deliver quality IT support.
- Generate daily dashboards and reports, updating IT management on performance metrics.
- Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and escalate unresolved issues for continuous improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including Laptops & Desktops, peripheral devices, internal components, Processor, chipsets, memory modules, and display, printer, Wi-fi.
- Raising IT tickets for tasks and activities performed for daily work accounting and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal
- Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
