Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Presale Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for dynamic, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve results. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through client engagement, including cold calling, and promoting our real estate offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresher’s can also apply
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English, Hindi and kannad is preferable.
- A strong interest in real estate and the ability to quickly learn about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
- A proactive, high-energy approach with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, introducing our services and generating interest in our real estate offerings.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, to provide informed insights to clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every interaction when needed.
- Feedback Collection: Actively gather client feedback and insights to continually enhance our service offerings and sales approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
