🔹 Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to Schools/ITI’s, promoting the NASSCOM project, collecting required information, supporting student enrolments, and ensuring smooth coordination with institutions. The role focuses on telephonic communication and target-based enrolment support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Schools/ITI’s as per calling database
Explain NASSCOM project details, features & benefits
Support student enrolment through telephonic coordination
Collect and verify information & documents over calls
Schedule follow-ups and maintain call records
Coordinate with field & internal teams for enrolment support
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrolment targets
Prepare call reports and update CRM/MIS regularly
Ensure compliance with company calling protocols
🔹 Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred)
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems
