Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Bulk Hiring
- Lead mass/bulk hiring
- Plan and execute job fairs, Rozgaar Melas, campus drives, and walk-in drives.
- Coordinate with vendors, staffing partners, and internal recruitment teams.
Onboarding & Joining
- Manage end-to-end onboarding including document verification, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction programs and ensure policy/process orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and joining MIS.
De-boarding & Exit Management
- Handle resignations, terminations, and contract closures as per policy.
- Ensure smooth exit process including clearance, asset recovery, and final settlement coordination.
- Analyze attrition trends and share insights with management.
Attendance & Workforce Management
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift adherence across locations.
- Coordinate with operations for attendance regularization and compliance.
- Maintain attendance MIS and payroll inputs.
Employee Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
- Address issues related to payroll, attendance, behavior, compliance, and workplace concerns.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with state operations heads, project managers, and corporate HR.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in bulk hiring / staffing / BPO / field operations.
- Strong exposure to mass recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the state.
