We are looking for a result-oriented Sourcing Lead to drive candidate mobilization and fulfilment for staffing and skilling mandates through Employment Academies, ITIs, Skill Centers, and local networks. The role focuses on bulk sourcing, institute coordination, and timely mandate closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and mobilize candidates for staffing and skilling requirements.
- Coordinate with Employment Academies, ITIs, Diploma, Degree colleges, and Skill Centers.
- Plan and execute walk-ins, campus drives, and hiring events.
- Screen candidates for eligibility and readiness.
- Ensure timely submission of shortlisted candidates and joining closure.
- Maintain sourcing trackers and share daily/weekly MIS.
- Reduce no-shows and dropouts through follow-ups and counselling.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, staffing, or skilling projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in staffing, skilling, RPO, or mass hiring.
- Exposure to Employment Academies / NSDC ecosystem preferred.
