Job Overview

We are seeking Vocational Trainer - Office Assistant Trainer to train students/trainees in office administration, documentation, coordination, and basic computer applications. The trainer will focus on developing practical office skills, professional behavior, and employability skills aligned with workplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·         Train students/trainees in office administration and clerical operations

·         Deliver theory and practical sessions on:

o    Office procedures and workflows

o    Documentation, filing, and record management

o    Data entry and basic MIS preparation

o    Use of office equipment and applications

·         Train on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations

·         Educate trainees on professional communication, email etiquette, and customer handling

·         Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations

·         Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

·         Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans, training materials, and manuals

·         Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among trainees

·         Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

·         Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth training delivery

·         Stay updated with office administration best practices and tools

Skills & Competencies

·         Strong knowledge of office administration and clerical functions

·         Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

·         Good communication and instructional skills

·         Strong organizational and time-management abilities

·         Ability to deliver practical, skill-based training

Qualification

·         Graduate Degree (B.Com / BBA) from a recognized University/Institution
OR

·         Three-Year Diploma in Management from a recognized Institute

Preference: Candidates with MBA / M.Com qualification will be given preference.

Experience

·         Graduate Degree holders: Minimum 1 year of relevant work or teaching experience

·         Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant work or teaching experience

Age Limit

·         18 to 40 years
