About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead product planning, development, and delivery across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience managing products end-to-end, and familiarity with emerging technologies like Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and data modeling techniques.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on delivering products that solve real customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the complete Product Lifecycle: strategy → roadmap → requirements → launch → iteration
- Define product vision, goals, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives
- Gather, prioritize, and convert customer and market insights into actionable product requirements
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market sizing studies to inform product decisions
- Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and product launches in partnership with marketing and sales
- Manage stakeholder communications — regularly report product progress, risks, and updates
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement cycles
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI, LLMs) where appropriate
- Required Skills and Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management across B2B, B2C, SaaS, or tech platforms
- Strong technical foundation — prior experience as a developer, engineer, or technical consultant preferred
- Proven experience managing full product lifecycles, from concept to post-launch optimizations
- Strong understanding of product discovery frameworks, modeling techniques, and MVP development
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL/analytics dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management, etc.
- Exposure to building or integrating AI/ML solutions, Gen AI technologies, or LLM APIs is a plus
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean product methodologies
- Strong focus on user-centric product design and iterative development
