Roles and Responsibilities-
- End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screening resumes & conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate data & recruitment MIS
- Follow-up with candidates till joining
- Achieving hiring targets within timelines
Education: Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers can apply)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
