Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).

• Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and induction programs.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.

• Support payroll processing by sharing monthly attendance, leave, and employee data with the payroll team/vendor.

• Handle attendance, leave management, and time-tracking systems.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

• Assist in HR audits and statutory compliance documentation.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, and benefits.

• Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required by management.
