Job Title: Laser cutting Machine Operator

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain laser cutting machines used for precision manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in laser machine handling, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to follow production drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor laser cutting machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand technical drawings and job specifications.
• Set up materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure accurate cutting quality.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and measurements.
• Maintain daily production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Fitter, or relevant field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines (Fiber Laser / CO₂ Laser).
• Basic understanding of machine operations, measurements, and tools.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Full-time
• Shift duties may apply depending on production requirements.
