Job Title: Telecaller

Location: DLF Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana
Salary (CTC): ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month
Education Required: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain Jiva Ayurveda products and services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Age group as per company policy
