About Project Saksham (by Hero MotoCorp)

Project Saksham is a flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by Hero MotoCorp, designed to empower women and bridge the gender gap in the automotive industry. Through this program, women are trained in technical and practical aspects of two-wheeler technology, including both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) systems. The training is delivered through classroom instruction and hands-on experience, preparing trainees for real job roles in the automotive sector.
