Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced Housekeeping Supervisors with HM backgrounds and luxury hospitality exposure to lead the housekeeping operations in ultra-luxury hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping associates and allocate daily tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Train and monitor staff performance.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12th Pass / Diploma in HM.
• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Experience in branded, luxury, or star-category hotels preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and audit standards.
• Good communication, grooming, and guest-handling skills.
