Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced Housekeeping Supervisors with HM backgrounds and luxury hospitality exposure to lead the housekeeping operations in ultra-luxury hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping associates and allocate daily tasks.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Train and monitor staff performance.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12th Pass / Diploma in HM.
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
- Experience in branded, luxury, or star-category hotels preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and audit standards.
- Good communication, grooming, and guest-handling skills.
