Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled Housekeeping Associates with experience in 3-star and 5-star hotel environments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, washrooms, and public areas.
- Ensure daily replenishment of amenities and linen.
- Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel SOPs.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Support in deep-cleaning tasks and special assignments.
- Provide courteous guest assistance as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12th Pass / Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience.
- Exposure to 3-star / 5-star hotels or resorts preferred.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Basic communication & guest service skills.
