Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled Housekeeping Associates with experience in 3-star and 5-star hotel environments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, washrooms, and public areas.
• Ensure daily replenishment of amenities and linen.
• Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel SOPs.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Support in deep-cleaning tasks and special assignments.
• Provide courteous guest assistance as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12th Pass / Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Exposure to 3-star / 5-star hotels or resorts preferred.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Basic communication & guest service skills.
