Role Overview:

We are seeking smart, well-presented hospitality professionals with an IHM background to deliver exceptional personalized service in ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, and for HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized butler services to guests and HNI clients.
• Manage guest preferences, requests, and special requirements.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest engagement.
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and front office for seamless service.
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards at all times.
• Handle luggage, room dining setup, and guest amenities.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate impeccable grooming and etiquette.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in IHM/HM.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience for Diploma holders.
• Graduates with 22 weeks/6 months Industrial Training may apply.
• Prior experience in 5-star properties is highly preferred.
