Job Summary:
We seek a Sourcing Executive to identify and procure top talent for our organization. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to source, attract, and engage potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events)
- Visit ITI and Diploma institutions to connect with potential candidates and promote job opportunities
- Partner with NGOs and educational institutions to source skilled talent
- Arrange and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to build candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with recruitment team to develop sourcing strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sourcing activities
- Identify and research new sourcing channels and strategies
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches to attract passive candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide sourcing support
- Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
