Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Apprenticeship Specialist to manage and scale apprenticeship programs (NAPS/NATS). The role involves apprentice hiring, compliance, institute coordination, and operational handling across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Apprenticeship Program (NAPS/NATS) operations.
- Lead apprentice hiring, onboarding, documentation & portal management.
- Coordinate with NSDC, TPA partners, ITIs, Skill Centers, and Colleges.
- Ensure Apprenticeship Act compliance, stipend processing & claim tracking.
- Maintain MIS, dashboards & weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct reviews, assessments, training sessions for apprentices.
- Identify new sourcing channels to increase apprentice pipeline.
- Handle renewals, contract management, attendance & deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth apprentice allocation.
