Key Responsibilities
- Manage offer approvals, offer letters, compensation planning, welcome calls, and e-joining support.
- Coordinate induction, seating, email ID creation, asset allocation, and HR induction sessions.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, transfers, promotions, and reporting realignments.
- Handle HR documentation, employee file digitization, and issuance of HR letters (CCA, Incentive, Merit, etc.).
- Support salary and full & final settlement processes in coordination with payroll and finance teams.
- Address employee queries through the helpdesk and manage 7th-day feedback.
- Organize R&R programs, festival celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage exit processes, documentation, clearance, and coordinate with compliance for PF/ESIC and finance for PAN/actuarial updates.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance processes.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Process-driven with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
