Position:Trainer – Certificate Course in IT-ITeS BPO, Soft Skills & Communicative English
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on IT-ITeS BPO processes, Soft Skills, and Communicative English as per the NIELIT curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Guide trainees on communication etiquette, customer handling, and workplace professionalism.
- Monitor student progress, maintain reports, and ensure required learning outcomes.
- Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and practical exposure through role plays.
Qualification Requirements:
English Trainer:
- Graduate with English as a major subject
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Soft Skills Trainer:
- Degree in Mass Communication / MBA / Post-Graduation in English
- Strong command of workplace soft skills, presentation skills, and personality development
Computer Skills Trainer:
Experience Required:
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Training delivery & classroom management
- Knowledge of IT-ITeS industry standards
- Proficiency in MS Office & internet usage
