Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet territory sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to achieve goals.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Oversee KYC processing for new customers, handle onboarding, and ensure compliance through due diligence and reviews for both new and existing customers.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, setting targets and performance metrics, and conducting regular performance reviews and coaching to ensure early productivity for new team members.
- Conduct regular morning meetings to establish daily plans and review results from the previous day.
- Communicate key updates to business partners as needed.
- Build and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel at retail partners.
- Conduct periodic or surprise visits to assigned partners, engage with them, and provide motivation and support.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitors, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support overall business objectives and facilitate effective communication.
