We are seeking an experienced Vocational Trainer - Electronic & Hardware to join our team. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for aspiring electronic and hardware professionals. The goal is to equip trainees with the technical skills, knowledge, and practices required for a successful career in the electronic and hardware industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct hands-on training sessions on electronic and hardware topics, including:
- Electronic components and devices
- Circuit analysis and design
- Microcontrollers and programming
- Hardware assembly and repair
* Teach trainees how to use essential tools and equipment, such as:
- Soldering irons and desoldering tools
- Multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Logic analyzers and signal generators
* Develop and deliver training modules on electronic and hardware topics, including:
- Safety practices and protocols
- Electronic systems and circuits
- Hardware design and development
* Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain accurate records and ensure training adheres to industry standards
* Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training is relevant and effective
* Develop and implement assessments to evaluate trainee learning outcomes
* Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees in developing their skills and knowledge
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electronic and hardware
