JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and effective execution of core HR processes, primarily focusing on Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM), and Capability Development initiatives. This role requires a blend of administrative efficiency, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the overall employee experience at Vision India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System (PMS):
- Cycle Management : Drive the end-to-end monthly execution of the Performance Management cycle for employees across Vision India and its subsidiaries, ensuring timely completion of all stages.
- System Administration : Manage and administer the PMS platform, ensuring data integrity, timely activation of user access, and smooth functioning of workflows and reporting modules.
- KPI Formulation: Design and formulate objective, measurable, and role-specific KPIs for various functions and positions within Vision India to enable fair and aligned performance assessments
- PMS Analysis : Conduct periodic performance data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and dashboards for leadership review
- Guidance & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all PMS-related queries, policies, processes, and system navigation. Provide continuous support to ensure high participation and adherence across the organization.
2. Capability Development & L&D Initiatives:
a. Training Needs: Support the HR team in the identification and documentation of training needs across different departments
b. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive record of all employee training attendance, feedback, and certifications, providing reports on L&D effectiveness
c. LMS Support: Assist in the administration and content management of the Learning Management System (LMS) or other training platforms, if applicable
3. HR Operations & Administration
a. Support payroll inputs related to incentives, performance bonuses, and other HR-driven adjustments.
b. Ensure statutory compliance documentation is maintained as per regulatory requirements.
c. Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports (headcount, attrition, training completion, etc.) for management review
4. Required Qualifications & Skills:
a. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
b. Experience: [2-4] years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a specialized role focusing on PMS or ELCM.
c. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting) and experience working with an HRIS/HRMS (Human Resource Information System).
d. Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and the various stages of the employee life cycle.
