Role Overview
The Junior Recruiter will support the talent acquisition process for wind turbine operations and maintenance (O&M) teams. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical and field positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs in renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

•     Candidate Sourcing & Screening

•   Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus outreach.
•   Screen resumes for technical roles such as wind turbine technicians, engineers, and site supervisors.
•   Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
•   Recruitment Coordination
•   Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
•   Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and daily MIS reports.
•   Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction.

   Stakeholder Engagement

•   Collaborate with managers to understand manpower requirements.
•   Liaise with staffing agencies and vendors for specialized technical hiring.
•   Provide regular updates to HR and project leadership on recruitment status.
•   Compliance & Documentation
•   Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
•   Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.
•   Assist in preparing offer letters and contracts.

Qualifications

•   Bachelor’s degree .
•   0–2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in technical or engineering domains).
•   Familiarity with renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
•   Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
