• CNC machines programmer.Previous work experience as a CNC programmer, a computer-related field or a mechanical field.Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.Good communication skills for working with team members and interpreting technical drawings.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.Personal must be either & Loyal
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.Problem-solving & work completion mindset
• Inputting the product design into the computer modelling software.Not frequently change the job with in a span of 2 years
• Should have good knowledge of G-code and M-code & must have knowledge in MDI(manual data input).Comply with company polices & legal guidelines
• Extensive experience with computer modelling software.Should be able to work under pressure & able to handle stress
• Creates instructions for machinists. 
• Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut. 
• Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program. 
• Reviews 3D CAD design and Master Cam software 
• Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests. 
• Prepares geometric layout of designs using proper software. 
• Knowledge of various machining tools and techniques. 
• Analyses job order and performs necessary calculations. 
• Analyses and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs. 
• Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task. 
• Must have superior computer programming skills. 
• Must have excellent reading comprehension skills. 
• Should have good knowledge in MS office( Excel, Word )
