Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth for the Non-IT staffing division. The role focuses on business development, building strong client relationships, and ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for Non-IT staffing services across various industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Understand client manpower needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, commercials, and service agreements.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track market trends, competition, and opportunities in the staffing and manpower domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of sales experience in Non-IT staffing/Manpower solutions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
