📌 Job Role: Trainee (Mechatronics)
🏭 Client: Tata Motors (under Quess Corp)
🎓 Programme: Kaushalya – Earn & Learn (NAPS – National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

📚 Qualification: ITI (2 Years NCVT/SCVT) or 12th Pass (Any Stream)
👩‍💼 Experience: Fresher
🚹🚺 Gender: Male & Female (female candidates guided for self-paid hostel accommodation)
🎯 Age: 18 to 23 Years

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Stipend = 16,180

• Earn while you learn – pursue Diploma in Engineering (100% sponsored, no fees)

• Paid Leave: 18 Days per Year

• Insurance: ₹1 Lakh (GMC Coverage)

• OT: ₹120 per Hour (if applicable)

• Canteen, Transport & Medical Insurance Support

• Placement Assistance after successful completion

🕒 Working Hours:

• 8 hours / Rotational Shifts

• Female candidates accompanied by female security during transportation

• 6 Days Working / 1 Day Weekly Off

🚌 Transportation:
Available within 30–40 km radius from plant

🏠 Accommodation:
No hostel provided by client; Quess Team will guide for self-paid hostel options
