- Connect with new employers from the assigned database and explain the Just Job portal and its benefits.
- Guide employers through the registration and onboarding process.
- Conduct welcome calls and warm introductions as per the process.
- Schedule and conduct virtual training sessions to explain platform functionalities and best practices.
2. Account Verification & Quality Checks
· Verify employer details including company URL, official email ID, and registration validity as per SOP.
· Conduct telephonic verification to confirm employer identity and authenticity.
· Ensure all verification, documentation, and compliance steps are completed before activation.
3. Engagement & Support
· Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded employers.
· Assist employers with job posting, ATS usage, candidate management, and resolve any operational queries.
· Provide personalized support to ensure smooth platform usage and satisfaction.
4. Upselling & Subscription Promotion
· Understand employer needs and promote relevant subscription plans and value-added services.
· Persuasively communicate product benefits to drive conversions and subscription upgrades.
5. Job Posting Review & Coordination
· Review employer job postings for accuracy, compliance, and platform guidelines.
· Coordinate corrections and communication if job posts need revision.
· Ensure timely approval and publication of valid job postings.
6. Feedback & Relationship Management
· Conduct periodic follow-up and feedback calls with employers to understand their experience.
· Share insights and feedback reports with the internal team for continuous improvement.
· Address issues related to low applications by coordinating with internal sourcing teams (Mass email, Recruiter-on-Demand, etc.).
7. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain daily productivity trackers (calls, connections, onboarding, conversions).
· Update employer details, call logs, and outcomes in the system.
· Share daily/weekly reports of outreach performance and onboarding status.
