Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers for repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.

• Maintain proper documentation of leads, inquiries, and sales in CRM or assigned systems.

• Participate in local marketing activities, customer meets, and promotional events organized by the dealership.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service.
