Objective : To promote and sell LiveSkills, JustJob, and GreenCall products to internal and external customers through effective communication, product understanding, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospects, partners, and existing customers to promote products and services.
· Convert leads into sales for LiveSkills (e-learning/ Skilling ), JustJob (job portal), and GreenCall (HR tech solutions).
· Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers.
· Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
· Support internal teams and Vision India centres in product usage and renewals.
· Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
· Any Education
· 6 months to 2 years of tele-sales or customer support experience (preferably in EdTech, HR, or Tech products).
· Strong communication in Hindi and basic English.
· Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
· Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Growth Path
High performers can grow into Team Lead – Inside Sales / Relationship Manager roles within 12–18 months.
