Objective : To connect skilled candidates with active job opportunities on JustJob, India’s first exclusive job platform for ITI, Diploma, and Skilled professionals, through proactive calling, screening, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

·       Source and call candidates registered on JustJob or from other sources for suitable job openings.

·       Explain job details, assess fitment, and motivate candidates to apply or attend interviews.

·       Coordinate between candidates and recruiters/employers for smooth onboarding.

·       Maintain call logs, daily reports, and candidate status updates in CRM/Excel.

·       Meet daily calling, sourcing, and closure targets.

·       Support employer hiring needs by creating a strong, active candidate pipeline.

Requirements

·       Any Education

·       6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer service.

·       Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

·       Energetic, persuasive, and target-oriented.

·       Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, JustJob portal).

Growth Path

Performers can grow into Recruitment Specialist or Team Lead – Talent Acquisition roles within 12–18 months.
