Job Description:

• Role: Naps Trainee
• Location: 6F, Sector 40-41, Greater Noida 201308 (U.P.), India
• Qualifications Required:
  • Diploma ( Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, and Production (Passed out within the last 4 years)                                       
  • ITI – Fitter, Machinist, Automobile, Electrical, Electrician, PPO, Diesel Mechanic, MMV- Under the NAPS Scheme.                                       
  • 10th & 12th Pass (Fresher)-
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
• Gender: Male
• Experience: Fresher’s only

Salary Structure:

Diploma:

• Stipend: ₹14,000/-
• DBT: ₹4,000/-
• Attendance Reward: ₹500/-
• Total In-hand Stipend: ₹18,500/- (including DBT ₹4,000/-)
• OT- 60 per hours ( As per production demand)

 ITI:

• Stipend: ₹12,000/-
• DBT: ₹1,500/-
• Attendance Reward: ₹500/-
• Total: ₹14,000/- (including DBT ₹1,500/-)
• OT- 50 per hours ( As per production demand)

10th & 12th Pass (Fresher)- Under the NAPS Scheme:

• Stipend: ₹11,000/-
• DBT: ₹1,500/-
• Attendance Reward: ₹500/-
• Total: ₹13,000/- (including DBT ₹1,500/-)
• OT- 45 per hours ( As per production demand)

Accommodation & Other Facilities

• Food: ₹14 per day (Lunch, Breakfast & Tea – Free)
• Transport: ₹700 monthly (Fixed route)
• Uniform: Shoes and lab coat provided free
• Leaves: 12 Casual Leaves annually
