Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager: Data Acquisition & Engagement

Objective To drive high-quality candidate inflow and active engagement on JustJob, India’s first exclusive job portal for ITI, Diploma & Skilled workforce. The role focuses on data acquisition, enrichment, and outreach, ensuring that registered candidates are matched and connected to real job opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Data Acquisition & Enrichment
- Source candidate databases from job fairs, training centres, ITIs, social media, and external job boards.
- Consolidate and clean data for upload into the JustJob CRM / ATS.
- Maintain hygiene by removing duplicates, validating contact details, and updating candidate status.
- Coordinate with Vision India’s Skill Centres, Employment Academies, and project teams for regular data inflow.
2. Candidate Engagement & Activation
Create and execute multi-channel communication plans (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and tele-calling) to engage dormant and new candidates.
- Reach out to candidates to understand preferences and guide them toward suitable openings on JustJob.
- Track conversion metrics: registrations → profile completion → job applications → selections.
- Implement campaigns around seasonal themes (e.g., Rojgar Wali Diwali, Job Wali Chhath) to increase participation.
3. Data-Driven Matching & Outreach
- Use JustJob’s internal filters, tags, and analytics to identify right-fit candidates for live job postings.
- Share shortlisted profiles with internal recruiters/employers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Continuously improve data segmentation logic (by location, qualification, experience, trade, etc.).
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain weekly MIS on data inflow, activation rates, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with the Product, Marketing, and Recruiter On Demand teams for alignment on campaigns.
- Present insights and recommendations for improving user journey, communication, and portal stickiness.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and Excel/CRM proficiency.
- Excellent written & verbal communication (Hindi + English mandatory).
- Experience in mass outreach and data operations (email/SMS tools, bulk calling, or campaign automation).
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in data operations, recruitment marketing, or candidate sourcing roles.
- Prior exposure to job portals, HR tech, or staffing firms will be an advantage.
