About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for introducing our HRMIS portal to the market, generating leads, conducting demos, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. Target segment includes organizations using or exploring platforms like Keka, GreytHR, Zoho, HR-One, SumHR etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, references, LinkedIn and industry databases
- Conduct demos and product presentations to HR, Admin & CXO level clients
- Handle complete sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation & closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM, pipeline status and regular reporting
- Coordinate with technical & onboarding teams post-closure
- Keep updated with competitor platforms, pricing and product positioning
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile (Based on Target Profiles)
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has hands-on experience in HRMS/HR Tech/Payroll software sales
- Understands consultative selling – not just pitching, but understanding customer psychology, business pain points and offering the right solution
- Has managed B2B sales discussions with HR Heads / Founders / CXOs
- Can confidently conduct demos and explain product value in a simple, business-oriented language
- Is strong in relationship building, problem-solving and client retention
- Has experience in lead sourcing, prospecting, market research and nurturing pipelines
- Is self-driven, target-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Candidates with exposure to platforms like Keka, Zoho, GreytHR, HROne, Darwinbox, SumHR will be preferred
- Analytical mindset—can understand customer data, buying behavior and pricing discussions
- MBA or certification in sales/CRM tools (not mandatory but preferred)
