Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily packaging operations and workforce.

• Plan and schedule packaging activities to meet production and dispatch timelines.

• Ensure packaging quality standards are followed as per product and customer requirements.

• Monitor and maintain packaging materials inventory and coordinate with the procurement team.

• Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

• Train and guide packaging operators for efficiency and quality improvement.

• Inspect packaging lines and resolve operational issues in coordination with maintenance.

• Maintain daily production and packaging reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Identify areas of process improvement to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
