Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the organization’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
 - Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
 - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
 - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
 - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 - Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
 - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
 - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in sales (B2B/B2C) preferred.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and result-driven.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
 - Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
 
Compensation:
- Salary: [₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month] (based on experience)
