Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test machines/equipment at customer locations.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
Replace or repair faulty components as required.
Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment usage.
Maintain service logs, work reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and escalations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
