Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer billing and generate invoices accurately.
Collect payments by cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or other payment modes.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
Maintain cash register, reconcile daily collections, and prepare deposit slips.
Ensure proper entry of transactions in billing software (e.g., Tally, POS, ERP).
Verify prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
Maintain records of transactions, stock-out reports, and billing summaries.
Address and resolve customer billing queries politely.
Coordinate with the accounts team for daily cash/credit settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
