Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our Employer Engagement team. The role involves building strong relationships with candidates / Students, ensuring their smooth onboarding, understanding their hiring needs, and enabling them to get maximum value from our platform and giving information on our various Paid Plans & “Recruiter on Demand” service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and is able to convert into a long term professional relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Candidates or Students, ensuring effective engagement and support.
- Onboard employers on the platform and provide necessary training or walkthroughs.
- Understand Candidates or Students requirements and align platform solutions to their hiring needs.
- Ensure timely resolution of employer queries and issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong employer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor Candidates or Students usage, share insights, and encourage adoption of new features.
- Collect feedback and relay it to the product/operations team for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales and business development team in upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and manage records of Candidates or Students communications in CRM.
- Prepare and furnish weekly reports for engagement
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communications, HR, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, HR solutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
