The Paint Consultant will be mapped to a dealer, and hence his main job is secondary sales & lead conversion .
1. Customer Experience: Understand the customer's home painting needs & recommend colors using our custom software.
2. Customization: Pitch the right painting system tailored for the customer's home requirement.
3. Customer Upgradation: Upgrade the customers to better high-quality product.
4. Business outcome: Special products sales.
B. Tasks to be taken up by him/her:
1. Customer Experience: The paint consultant is responsible for defining the walk-in experience, customer experience in the store, understanding the customer's home painting needs & recommend colors using our custom software on the digital screen.
2. Customization: Based on budget, taste & available product portfolio, the paint consultant must pitch the right painting system tailored for the customer's home requirement.
3. Customer Upgradation: The paint consultant must upgrade the customers to better high-quality product than what they initially thought of purchasing by portraying his/her selling skills, convincing capabilities & the USPs of our products.
4. Business outcome: Special product sale turnover through franchise dealer counter has to be ensured by the paint consultant. Special products are those products which the company decides to focus on for a particular time duration(monthly, quarterly etc..) in order to boost sales, improve awareness and capture higher shelf space.
