Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products or
services.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, address their questions, and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and
competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Results-oriented and target-driven attitude.
