Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and brand visibility for our Paint Division across key cities in Uttar Pradesh. The role demands strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in assigned cities
Achieve sales targets through field visits, product promotions, and customer engagement
Conduct site visits to understand paint requirements and recommend suitable products
Organize contractor meets, product demos, and local promotional campaigns
Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection
Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and territory performance
Qualifications & Experience
CriteriaRequirement
EducationGraduate (BBA/B.Com preferred)
Experience1–3 years in field sales (Paint, FMCG, or Building Materials preferred)
Language SkillsHindi & local dialects; basic English
Regional KnowledgeFamiliarity with UP market dynamics and customer behavior
Skills & Attributes
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
Ability to travel extensively across assigned cities
Basic knowledge of paint products and application techniques
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
